Feb Mid Month KAL- Day 5

This is the last day of our KAL. The name of this design is "In Celebration" and appeared in the Breast Cancer calendar for 2010 (Calendar Of Hope). An explanation is provided below:

DAY 5:
Row 39: K3, K2, K2Tog, YF K1, YF Sl 1, K1, PSSO, * K1 K2Tog, YF
K1, YF Sl 1, K1, PSSO; Rep from * to last 5, end K2, K3
Row 40: K3, P27, K3
Row 41: K3, K27, K3
Row 42: K3, P27, K3
Row 43: K3, K27, K3
Row 44: K3, P27, K3

Knit 2 rows
Bind off
Weave in ends
(this is the larger version, you will see the complete pattern later this week)

Note from Janet: "In Celebration......" depicts a field of flowers. The cloth is
dedicated to all the survivors who have had small as well as large successes in
their lives in regards to Breast Cancer. So many of these women go on to help
others deal with the disease as well as supporting them.
Lace Knitting Tip from Janet: I always use life lines when lace knitting because
you can lose you place very easily, no one wants to have to rip out and start over
so if you use a life line on the purl Rows, every 5 or 6 repeat, and note what Row
it is on it can save you time.
